Strategy is a plan of action or policy designed to achieve a major or overall aim. However, many organizations do not have a plan of action or policy designed to achieve organizational objectives. TJP helps clients close the gap between current and desired states. TJP gathers data to obtain a comprehensive overview of the client’s organization and focus on the core problems and challenges to develop a model that captures the root causes of inefficiencies and provide the client with alternative that optimize performance. For instance, we look at gaps mandated behaviors and actual practices, actual practices often reflect cultural norms as opposed to organizational procedures. We also evaluate administrative capacity and organizational learning. Organizational learning is contingent on employees’ learning, but employee learning is only a necessary condition for organizational learning.
